Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for any unlawful activities. Engaging in racing, rallying, off-roading, or similar risky practices is prohibited. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is strictly forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is illegal. The vehicle must be used only for its intended purposes and within specified passenger and weight limits. Driving beyond agreed geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Haverhill will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount you paid for the rental in the last 12 months.
